Now, PUBG Corporation has confirmed that they are planning to launch a new game PUBG Mobile India specifically for the Indian market. The company is planning to make investments worth $100 Million in India to establish the local video game, esports, entertainment and IT industries. The exact release date of PUBG Mobile India has not been announced yet, but as announced, but as announced on the official social media handles, the game will be launching soon.
PUBG Corporation will be hiring over 100 employees specializing in business, esports, and game development and will look to collaborate with local businesses to strengthen the gaming service. They will also conduct regular audits and verifications on storage systems holding Indian users’ personally identifiable information to reinforce security and ensure the data is safe. In addition to this, the company will also be hosting India-exclusive esports events that will feature tournaments with the largest prize pools.
